The mission of the Future Educators' Association, or FEA, is to provide experiences and skills for high school students who are exploring teaching as a future career and to develop essential skills that will lead to highly trained and qualified teachers in Arizona. FEA provides interested students with a realistic understanding of teaching and encourages students from diverse backgrounds to think seriously about the profession. |
