4:00 PM-Students report to Band Room-Load Trailer 5:30-Depart for DEHS 5:45-Arrive DEHS 6:45-Pregame show/Anthem 7:00 PM-Kickoff 9:00-9:30-Game ends 9:30-10:00-Back at AFHS. Dismissal of those who are not going to Channel 12 when all is secured 10:30-Those who are going to Channel 12 depart 11:00-Arrive Channel 12 11:30-12:00-Friday Night Lights on Channel 12 12:30-Depart Channel 12 1:00-Arrive AFHS 1:01 AM-Parents arrive to pick up their cherubs Dismissal when all is secured
What to bring: Band Shirts/Shorts (wear them on Friday) Instrument Good Attitude A Smile Sack Lunch-Snack
What not to bring: Bed bugs Lots of Money A Bad Attitude

ALL parents who wish to volunteer with the band are expected to become an approved volunteer You can do this by registering at the district office (1481 N Eliseo C. Felix Jr. Way, Avondale, AZ 85323) at NO cost to you! If you do not already have a fingerprint clearance card, this could take many weeks to process, so PLEASE do this ASAP!
