500 Mile Club

Every 100 miles you run you will receive a t-shirt!

Just do as follows:

Runners should be running all runs at 2-3 minutes slower than your 5k pace.

On the day of your run:

write "Ran __ miles on  ______ and it took _______.  Weekly total mileage: __ miles.  Overall mileage: __ miles.

It starts on Sunday, Nov. 13th ends on Sunday, Feb. 5th (12 weeks)

To hit 100 miles: 8.4 miles per week

To hit 150 miles: 12.5 miles per week

To hit 200 miles: 16.6 miles per week

To hit 250 miles: 20.9 miles per week

To hit 300 miles: 25 miles per week

To hit 350 miles: 29.2 miles per week

To hit 400 miles: 33.4 miles per week

To hit 450 miles: 37.5 miles per week

To hit 500 miles: 41.7 miles per week
