SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION INSURANCE POOL, INC.

Under A.R.S. §15-341.A.31, school districts are required to secure proper insurance for

school construction projects. 

To help meet this requirement, the Trust created the School Construction Insurance Pool, Inc.

(SCIP), in 1999. 

SCIP was charged with providing superior workers' compensation, general liability,

and builders' risk coverage for school construction.
