Important Dates

End-of-Semester Exams

All courses will conclude with a cumulative exam, which must be monitored during administration. Students will take their exams remotely using school-issued Chromebooks. Teachers of Record (TORs) will supervise the exams via the Securly software already installed on the devices.

Exam Schedule: 

  • Exams are scheduled for assigned days from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (see below for days)

  • Exams will not be unlocked after 2 p.m., but students may continue working on any exam that was unlocked before that time.

  • Students must log into their Chromebooks during the scheduled hours.

  • TORs will initiate contact via Securly Chat and unlock exams accordingly.

Exam Days for Seniors: 

  • Monday, May 4th, through Wednesday, May 6th.

Exam Days for Underclassmen:

  • Monday, May 18th, through Wednesday, May 20th. 

Students who complete a course before the scheduled exam dates may contact their Supervising Teacher to arrange an earlier exam time.

 

2026 Spring Semester:

  • January 6: First Day of Spring Semester
  • January 19: MLK, Jr. Day - no school
  • February 4: Teacher Professional Development - no school for students
  • February 13–February 16: Presidents' Day - no school (4-day weekend)
  • March 9–March 13: Spring Break - no school
  • Throughout the end of March and the first weeks of April - State testing for 9th, 10th, and 11th graders. (more information coming)
  • April 17–April 20: April Break - no school (4-day weekend)
  • April 22: Teacher Professional Development - no school for students
  • May 4: Seniors - coursework should be completed
  • May 4–May 6: cumulative exams for seniors only
    • Exam times are from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. each day
  • May 14: Graduation (see below)
  • May 18: coursework should be completed
  • May 18–May 20: cumulative exams for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors
    • Exam times are from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. each day
  • May 21: Last day of school year

Graduation:

  • Thursday, May 14, 2025, at Desert Diamond Arena
    • Online students will graduate from and walk with their home campus. Graduation times will vary for each campus.
