In-Person Credit Recovery - Summer '26
Program Overview
In-Person Credit Recovery runs Monday through Thursday.
Dates: Monday, June 1 - Thursday, June 25.
This program is an opportunity for students to recover credits through traditional summer school. In-person courses are offered at Agua Fria High School. Bus transportation is available for students who take the bus to school during the school year.
Classes offered are based on the Class of 2027's needs and first-semester fail rates. All in-person courses are for 1 credit. There are two sessions of each course offered. Session 1 is in the morning and Session 2 is in the afternoon. It is possible for a student to take one course during Session 1 and a different course during Session 2.

Algebra I
Biology
English I
English II
Geometry
Credit Recovery is not grade replacement or original credit. If you are looking for a grade replacement, talk with your counselor for other options. If you are looking to earn new credits this summer, ask your counselor about Campus-Based Original Credit.
Program Details
Use a student account for enrollment.
Location: Agua Fria High School - open to all AFUHSD students.
Dates: Monday, June 1, 2026 - Thursday, June 25, 2026. Each week is Monday - Thursday.
Schedule:
Breakfast: 7:00-7:25 am
Session 1: 7:30-10:35 am
Lunch: 10:40-10:55 am
Session 2: 11:00-2:05 pm
Cost: $100
All in-person credit recovery courses are for 1 credit.
How to Enroll
Summer Programs run from June 1, 2026, through June 25, 2026.
CREDIT RECOVERY APPLICATION - only accessible by @aguafria.org email addresses.
(Online Credit Recovery starts on May 26th.)
Application opens on March 16, 2026.
Credit Recovery Application Dates (For students who have failed a course)
March 16 - Seniors and Juniors will have access to the application.
March 23 - Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores will have access to the application.
March 30 - All students will have access to the application.
Original Credit applications all open on March 16, 2026.
