Model United Nations

  • The Arizona Model United Nations program was founded in 1963 by Dr. Clifton E. Wilson, a professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Arizona.  Through the program, Dr. Wilson hoped to provide an interactive learning experience in international politics, law and diplomacy for both high school and university students.

Our MUN club is an opportunity for students to belong to an academic club that helps students become more internationally aware and participate in organized discussion and debates about world affairs.

Students who decided to join the club must dedicate themselves to fundraising and researching their nation and positions in order to participate in the convention at U of A in the spring.
