Agua Fria Union High School District has expanded their partnership with Touchstone Health Services to include Integrative Care. We are excited to provide this opportunity to all of our schools and community.
Services currently offered are well visits, sports physicals, Covid-19 testing and Covid-19 vaccinations (J&J/Moderna).
The clinics will be held throughout the summer at Agua Fria High School(starting June 7) and Canyon View High School(starting June 2). Please refer to the flyer and registration form to make appointments.
