DE Thespian Troupe #6843 awarded "Gold Honor Troupe" status:
Desert Edge Thespian Troupe #6843 was awarded the coveted "GOLD HONOR TROUPE" status at the Arizona Thespian Festival!!! This is not only based on productions but overall achievement in areas such as community service and school involvement.
Congratulations to senior JANINA KATZ who was awarded the AZ THESPIANS/EdTA Scholarship! Only six scholarships are awarded to graduating Thespians throughout Arizona and she took the top prize! She also got called back and accepted by every college or university that was in the room when she did her audition.
Another congratulations to O-REN RUSSELL. She was awarded a dance scholarship to the Open Jar Institute in New York City!!!
