Ms. Haley and Sutton Medical Scholarship

Awarded to a student who plans to continue his/her education in any area of the medical field and has not received other major scholarships.  Please fill out the information below and attach a one page typed essay about the importance of work ethic and continuing your education.


Ms. Haley was a teacher at AFHS for 17 years and Sutton is her granddaughter.  Sutton was born with some health concerns.  Ms. Haley and her family are grateful for the medical staff at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and would like to help an owl start his/her education toward a career in the medical field.
