If you need an official transcript, please email the following information to Mrs. Castillo at ecastillo@aguafria.org.

• First, middle, and last name
• Date of birth
• Student ID number
• Grade level or graduation year
• Phone number (should you need to be contacted)
• Destination - college name and address
• Attach picture I.D. for identification verification purposes

Please note that official transcripts can only be sent directly to colleges/universities. 
If you want a copy for another reason, then you must pick it up in person and have a picture ID with you.
Any student over the age of 18 years old should be the only one requesting transcripts.
