Emergency Standard Response Protocol:
Canyon View High School has developed a comprehensive emergency response plan to ensure the safety of all our students, teachers, and staff. Our school has adopted The “I Love U Guys” Foundation’s Standard Response Protocol (SRP). Students and staff will be training, practicing, and implementing the protocol.
You can review this plan using the following links:
In the case of an emergency, we will communicate using the Remind 101 app through emails and texts. On the rare occasion that our students have to be evacuated from the campus to another site, our reunification site is The Refinery Christian Church, location: 16721 W Indian School Rd, Goodyear, AZ 85395.
Here are some tips for parents when an emergency occurs:
- Check the school's website and social media channels for updated information.
- Check your email, texts and phone messages for information that the school will send out.
- Check the Agua Fria Union High School District Hub for updated information.
To report information regarding threats, rumors, bullying, criminal activity, etc. you should call or email the campus administrators.Parent Safety West Valley Resource Link:
