  • The AFUHSD Academic Services department believes that a major component of ensuring student success is establishing a learning environment in which visitors feel welcomed and valued. When you interact with an AFUHSD Academic Services staff member, you can expect:

    • To be treated with respect and dignity.
    • Each staff member will be courteous and positive during all interactions.
    • Accurate and consistent information will be provided in a timely manner.
    • Phone calls and emails will be returned within two business days. If a response cannot be provided in the allotted time, you will be notified and given an estimated time of response.
    • To be welcomed into a friendly environment where staff members will personally assume responsibility for assisting you or directing you to the appropriate person.
