This section contains all the information and forms you need to register your student at one of the Agua Fria District schools. Links on the right will help you with the process. Once the forms are filled out you can bring them to your local school and visit the Guidance Office. Please make sure you bring the student's birth certificate and immunization records as these are required to start registration. The front of the Registration Form contains a check list you can use.
Open Enrollment is the term used for students who attend schools outside their boundaries. Students need to apply for a variance to attend a different school using an open enrollment form. Please download, complete, and submit it to the requested school.
An Athletic Packet for students playing AIA sports is required by the local school. These can be submitted after enrollment is complete. Students who play sports have an additional Arizona Interscholastic Form.
