Returning 10th, 11th and 12th graders - Parents will need to log in to ParentVUE to submit a reaffirmation (Proof of Residency). *This is required each school year for all returning students.*NEW Students - ALL GRADES - Can register online. The registration process will prompt you to create a ParentVUE account.** If you have a ParentVUE account with LESD or AESD you will need to create a new account.**

Online Process for ParentVUE
ParentVUE works with the district's online grade book program, Synergy. This application allows parents to access nearly real-time information on their child's assignments, grades, attendance, and more.
- Create an account with ParentVue or sign in with your existing account. (See below for step-by-step instructions)
- Complete the Online Registration Process and upload the required documents.
- Once your submission has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation that your enrollment has been verified and your student has been placed. If additional information is required, you will be contacted by the school site.
* If you are a NEW parent/guardian enrolling a student NEW to our district, click here and follow the steps to create a ParentVUE account.
* If you are a parent/guardian with an existing AFUHSD ParentVUE account and want to enroll a student new to our district for the current school year, please use the same link and login to your ParentVUE account.

2. Parents with an existing and/or previous ParentVUE account
with the Agua Fria Union High School District, select Login
3. New parents to this district will select “Create a New Account”

4. Answer questions accordingly
5. Continue or Return to login

6. After completing the Online Registration you MUST click the check box confirming you have reviewed the full registration prior to submitting it.
What You Need To Enroll

You will need the following documents when you enroll your new student:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records
- Proof of residency
- Government issued identification
- Legal guardianship or custody order (if applicable)

Yes. We are not a unified school district and you need to create a new ParentVue account.I am a guardian to a student I am enrolling. What documentation do I need to provide?
Legal guardianship paperwork needs to be submitted. Power of Attorney is accepted if a hardship exists and the Power of Attorney is renewed every 6 months. Hardships are reviewed on an individual basis. This document is the preferred temporary Power of Attorney.
