High School District Boundary Study

  • In preparation for the upcoming opening of Goodyear High School in fall 2025, the Agua Fria High School District has launched a boundary study.

    The objective of the study is to determine the following goals and implement any changes in fall 2025:

    • Establish the attendance zone for Goodyear High School
    • Modify the boundaries of existing high schools to reduce overcrowding
    • Establish or improve transportation routes to/from schools with modified boundaries

    Note: currently enrolled students are grandfathered into their existing school, regardless of boundary changes.

    Boundary Study Assessment Meetings

    November 12 - AFHS & DEHS
    November 14 - CVHS & VHS
    November 18 - MHS

    NOTE—This is the same study session presented five times, so guests have the opportunity to attend the date/location that is most convenient for them.
