Online Registration Process (Required)
Please complete the student profile update that will open on Tuesday, July 18th. The information in the student profile is the most current parent email address and primary contact information needed for teachers, counselors, and administrators to provide vital school specific communications.Please see the link below to access the instructions to update your student profile. The portal opens on July 18th and this update must be completed by Friday, July 28th to receive your students' class schedule online via ParentVUE/StudentVUE.
Returning 10th, 11th and 12th graders - Parents will need to log in to ParentVUE to submit a reaffirmation (Proof of Residency). *This is required each school year for all returning students.*NEW Students - ALL GRADES - Can register online. The registration process will prompt you to create a ParentVUE account.
What You Need To Enroll
You will need the following documents when you enroll your new student:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records
- Proof of residency
- Government issued identification
- Legal guardianship or custody order (if applicable)
My child attended the Litchfield/Avondale school district? Do I need to submit immunization records?
Yes. We are not a unified school district so all documents need to be submitted.
I already have a ParentVue account set up with my child’s elementary school. Do I need to create another account?
Yes. We are not a unified school district and you need to create a new ParentVue account.
I am a guardian to a student I am enrolling. What documentation do I need to provide?
Legal guardianship paperwork needs to be submitted. Power of Attorney is accepted if a hardship exists and the Power of Attorney is renewed every 6 months. Hardships are reviewed on an individual basis. This document is the preferred temporary Power of Attorney.
